Archive Banner is a very low value banner. Unless you have unlimited amount of pyros to spend, then you shouldn't throw away pyros in that banner. You aim for Ako with the limited tickets you are given, you get Ako, and that's it. If you get Ako early, you can consider getting Shun with the remaining tickets if you didn't bother getting her on Tutorial rolls.
