• you don't have seia or uneru basic active
• the video 0s reactor gauge for another cdmg debuff stack during groggy
• the video starts groggy with stacks of the incoming damage debuff (from dot)
• and then better stat transfer and ue stats

idk if this comes out to the difference in damage, but it probably adds up to quite a bit of missing damage
