There are 3 phases to the world raid.
The most efficient atoki farm is on phase 1.
A third as efficient in phase 2. 1/9 as efficient in phase 3.
The credits/equipment/xp/artifacts/etc for clearing are the same in all phases, refreshing tickets also cost the same in all phases. Only the type of shop currency changes between phases.

For difficulties A/B/C, it takes 10 tickets to clear. For difficulty D, it takes 20 tickets to clear.
Difficulty D is best for rewards despite higher ticket cost.

You start the raid with 40/40 tickets, refreshing 1 ticket every half hour totalling 48 tickets every day (cap is 40 tickets).
For every 10 tickets you buy, the pyroxene cost increases accordingly (refreshes on reset):
5/10/15/25/35/45
Totalling for 1350 pyroxenes a day for 60 tix refresh.

30/20/20 is therefore, refreshing 30 tickets for phase 1 and then 20 tickets for phases 2 & 3.
