Natsu is ideal because she self heals, but Hoshino probably also survives easily

Both Meru and Marina Qipao work, but you need something better than a 3* imo, since you really need the Unstable Flame stacks. This one has 3 stacks on both groggies. A UE50 Meru gets you the 3 stacks easily without buffs

The 2 covers are mandatory. Shizuko would be great because of the Atk Down too
