Kotori to me is like one of those people that you built aeons ago to cope with the fact that you didn't have T.Yuuka at the time, or trying to stretch T.Yuuka by NOT using her first up.

You then manage to make her barely usable through mock practice with timing jumps and using speed supports like iwak and/or NYF to cycle things faster to get back to Kotori asap.

Then the BG comes with helps with a whole lot of things but doesnt fix the fundamental mismatch with UE40 to her kit.
Now she's in that spot where shes like... you gotta have a really good reason to raise her up because its 2026 and theres so many more valid repo shield options besides Kotori.

I guess I just laid out how I felt about her over time ever since using her on first goz

so I just try to kill 2-3 units

the last remaining unit is usually ignored

although there are also times where I kill them all
