Only if you've done enough Yuuka Track + Rio micromanaging practice. My F99/F100 Blue Set clear unironically trained me for this shit

You really need good crits and precise buff management for this. Most of my runs end with 5-10m HP left like this image

Also, I do not recommend anyone else trying this unless you have UE40 Yuuka Track. This is bald even with UE30, UE30 barely functions with some luck

Also, were you expecting somewhere between 84-90? (Truth be told, I was ready to go down to 92, but I gave 94 a few more attempts to see if I can crit bald it out). The damage taken between 75 to 99 has so little diff, it straight up is the HP diff that makes it so hard to climb
