Tangentially related, but I remember when it was my 4th raid ever, Hiero. I really wanted to do it on EXT and I was only like lvl 60 something at the time.

I wanted it so bad that I spent for 20x ap refresh on a single weekday for AP to get gears on a x2 normal bonus
I didn't make it; by the end of it, I was down to 800k / 6m hp left.

At that point my entire arsenal was exhausted and there was no healers, no more DPS no more supports that I could use. I threw like 4-5 teams, desperate for a clear. But my bottleneck was not having even a Koharu, never mind Kokona. My Himari that I acquired super early on (on the first day of play) was not used because I had to run double healer to keep lantern stacks and my team alive. But no damage boosts was rough. Only Akane was there to reduce def somewhat.

Afterwards, I was so pissed that I decided to just roll on a random banner without thinking for the future.
At the time, the "random" banner that was running was NY Fuuka. I ended up getting her plus Iroha pretty early on.
That Iroha allowed me to stand up to others in urban pvp back when Iroha x Shun was the top dog combination.
NY Fuuka...the rest is history. I gotten my hands on one of the best specials I've ever had, and I never realised how good she was months after I've gotten her. All because I was obsessed with Hiero EXT back then.
