How do i become an endgame player
The key thing is to start pushing raids. Look into higher difficulties, study what other people use to clear them, try them out with what you have through mocks and stuff. Then, if you can confidently say "with what I have, I need to Ligma X and Y to clear these, and it's worthwhile", then you spend Ligma
Of course, if you don't care about playing high difficulty raids, then do whatever you want
