it depends what content you're clearing but in general (if you pretend to go as far as you can in content, like highest difficulty) only raise your damage dealers to lvl 90 and the rest is fine at lvl 80 or 85. i tend to raise DPS to 90 and everyone else to 85 because from 85 onwards the amount of XP spikes for little improvements and most chars (like buffers) dont even need those tiny extra stats in the first place

for DPS it matters more because their dmg is debuffed because of level difference to boss/enemies. if the boss is Lvl 90 and your units are lvl 85, their dmg will have a hidden debuff because they're 5 levels below @bitter tundra
