Healers tend to be pretty overtaxed in Hiero as it is, and using them on anything other than mechanics detracts from the lanterns, hence impacting dps as well. My experience is that tank B.Hoshino requires an extra healer, which means the provided utility costs a total of two slots. It ends up being equivalent to fielding a self-sufficient pair of a dedicated tank + dedicated defence debuffer.
