For two reasons:

• Like S. Nonomi, you need to use Sakurako’s EX skill every now and then in order to deal more damage with her AA.
• I think many people have overlooked this, but popping the orb with S. Shiroko can be suboptimal because you lose DEF down uptime when you finally have a red orb to buff the damage by 30%.
  For these two reasons, if I have Sakurako built, I will plan my rotation towards Sakurako orb popping instead of S. Shiroko.
