In the eden's treaty she appeared like 3 times, I think you're meaning her "chemistry" with sensei, if you see past that, all her scenes have relevance to the plot (except the pajama one who is more on her own).

Just gotta understand that from hina's pov, sensei is the only person who has enough weight and responsibility she feels on a similar level or higher than her. (As someone who has duties) That's why she's kinda more expressive in front of him.
