I feel like in a raid you would need: crit damage, color effectiveness, dmg, Ex damage, and one special niche unit for cost down or defense down
if the tank doesn't provide more than just tanking, it kinda just isn't going to really make it if going for higher difficulty

as if tank needs more than tanking but also just utilities
