lines on play75 screen?

is there any way to fix this or is my lcd screen just damaged? a bunch of lines just showed up today and i dont think they've been there before and i dont think anything should have dropped on the display

Hi there, if the lines are caused by dead pixels, sometimes gently pressing down on the screen can help them disappear. If that does not resolve it, you can send us an email at [email protected] and we'll assist you further.

i sent an email last night! i tried pressing down on the screen and i think it made it worst 😭

My screen glitched and just broke out of nowhere, I'd only had it for like a week. I emailed but I don't think they can do anything, they suggested I replace the ribbons which did nothing. So frustrating because this is not a cheap keyboard and it was the selling point for me. There's clearly a defect.

i was sent a free replacement! i still haven’t replaced it yet bc i was so busy and knew id be moving in a few months and didn’t want to risk breaking it again
