Hi, i just opened my play 75 but it doesn’t type. When i connect it to my computer, it lights up but none of the keys work, it doesn’t type. In settings for devices, it shows play75 but it keeps connecting and disconnecting and saying driver error. (the wire works with my other keyboards) When i try to connect it with the netlify app it doesn’t work either. It shows up but doesn’t connect.

hi! you can try taking off the top case, and lift up the plate/pcb and reseat the dongle (the hanging magnetic part from the pcb).
if that doesn’t work, you may try replacing the ribbon cable connecting the pcb and the dongle!

Maybe you need to toggle into wired mode. Coz mine was on wireless mode and so it showed up as paired but didn't connect

I am having a similar issue, the keyboard is working completely fine in wireless mode, but is not typing at all in wired mode. I replaced the ribbon cable. Even in wired mode the keymap works, but not the actual typing of the keys.
