Waiting on Customer Service Response
The estimated is 5 business days but sometimes it takes a lil longer, sometimes it takes a lil shorter. If you’ve received an automated email response that means they have received your email and should be getting back to you as soon as they can. Also no, the email address you sent to is fine as that is their customer service email. Also make sure to check spam folders as well, as sometimes the response can go there
