Vorpal Focus Change

Currently if you use a vorpal focus and hit a legendary mod it goes from +2 above base to +1 which nerfs the mod down IE i had a 20% quant magnet and it went down to 16% when it hit. im suggestion it goes to a +3 stat or outright 100% cant hit that stat.

But that's the reroll, so it would reroll everything. Out of the 3 outcomes, that one rerolls everything. Cryonic your legendary first if you don't want it to reroll.

im not saying its a bug. its clearly the intended feature but it feels real shitty when it happens and its anti fun. the chance of a vorpal focus being good are already really slim at a 25% chance to brick your item a 25% chance to make your item worse (provided you have any legendary mod on it) 25% chance to improve your item or a 25% chance to most likely do nothing to your current build.
