ideas:

• toss the torp, go for another DBB => locra 3pc isn't that good and it would free up a TAC seat for Attack Pattern: Beta, which is currently missing on your bridge
• Ahwahnee console (FPNA)
• Hellbore Light ship trait
• The Boimler Effect personal space trait (freeing up Doff resources as you wouldn't need the Technicians anymore
• ECH doff & EPtE on the bridge (overall better mobility imho)
• Assimilated Module for 2pc with KCB
• Chrono-Capacitor Array space rep trait to aid bridge cooldown
• Intel handler personal space trait
• Fire Ball Escape personal space trait

Boimler makes aux2bat obsolete with PO1 there.

So you can take:

• ECH
• EWO stacking crit chance
  at least.

Assimilated would replace the NX console, as you don't dabble with projectiles

• effect: resets the cooldown of evasive maneuvers when you use EPtE

EWO = Energy Weapons Officer

• from: doff missions, doff packs, exchange
• cost: varies; blue rarity is the highest you want to go for everyday playing; most cases green is already sufficient
• effect: Chance for stacking crit chance buff when firing energy weapons

New bridge suggestion

• MAS out, since only beams, thus diminishing returns
• instead RSP for more survivability
• EPtW ranked up to 3
• added EPtE
• added Aux2Struct as a heal
• TAC/Intel now has Beta instead of the torp mode (said torp became a DBB)
• universal slot switched to SCI for defensive buff Polarize Hull

If you would add Unconventional Systems personal trait, the bridge would be different again ^^

2 good options imho:

1.) Ahwahnee Command Carrier:
Brings a f-ing powerful console for any DEW build + best debuff pets currently in STO and a trauit that has some use

2.) Warden Temporal Multi-Mission Cruiser:
Specific for a BO build with the ship trait Hellbore Light.

Ahwahnee console is for pretty much any DEW build, pets are used on anything that has at least 1 hangar (except dedicated pet-DPS builds).
Hellbore, while generally usable on any DEW build as well, is more tailored to BO, as you need to have either BO or CRF on your bridge and not all bridges have the space for that.
