When I hit 4% or so in loading I disconnect. All I have to do is click the login button and I log back in. Its making me late to TFOs and generally crashing over and over is no fun. Its been over a day of this with no change. Across my account. Nothing Im running or not seems to change anything.

Not good. I have not yet seen this problem with several hours of play over the weekend. Have you checked and repaired your files, or reinstalled?

Iirc there's a force verify option in the launcher
Have you tried checking whether your pc has a system update pending? And/or have you tried connecting to sto via a vpn?
I haven't had your particular issue yet, but i have had a bunch of weird sto connectionproblems over the years, and more often than not, one of the two above options could fix them
As another idea, have you tried disabling on demand patching?
