• R&D Lvl 15 Science is leveling
• Devices: Speedbuff from ARgala System and Reactive Armor Catalysator
• From Event campaign: Constitution III Miracle Worker Cruiser
• When i have Lobis: Plasmastorm incomming

-When i have EC , Starship Trait Universal Designs and Borg Doffs

Are you optimizing specifically for HSE? Asking due the the lack of Comp Rep Engines, EPTE and Deuterium Surplus on this build.

for pve elite and ISE/HSE and Deuterium Surplus when i have more R&D Slots, to make this items. was thinking to stwitch auxillary to Engiens the emergenypower and ad a aux battery
