yup, definitely not complete yet. missing information on your bridge, traits, and doffs

#

i suggest making a rough draft in the direction you want to go. stuff like whether you have certain traits (like uncon, REA, Subspatial, ETM) will affect the further build

#

kinda depends on what you have available, but assuming you don't have the other meta clickies the current setup looks fine.
just to check, what is the mod on the locators?

#

depends:
-> which shield pen sources?
-> do you have uncon and/or SFTF?

#

also: which content is this made for?

#

sftf is the vovin console

#

in this case at least some penetration is desirable. with Uncon and Chronophage you can essentially unshield all the major targets (dreadnoughts and such), but penetration will help get rid of smaller stuff.
i'd say definitely slot Kin Precision and Self-Modulating (provided you already have it), plus the rep stuff (do the indirect penetration there, Omega Kinetic Shearing, not enhanced shield pen [which doesn't apply to torps])

#

the two space traits kinda depend on what else you have at hand

#

both are nice, but not superior to something like ETM, REA, Subspatial or a meta damage buff (TG and such)

#

breen shield tunneling is budget dependent. excellent trait, but massively overpriced

#

screenshot is easier (both to create and to read) than writing it all down 😉

#

so, ETM, REA, UD, Subspatial are must-slots

#

also TG

#

which leaves 2 slots open (assuming you have purchased the 5th regular slot from your fleet)

#

gonna be a bit situational, probably use 2 of Ruin, Ceaseless, and Angle. (iirc Piercing Proj was a bit inferior to Angle - at least when wwe take into account the type 7 pets providing debuff)

#

i'd make room for CSV to get another spread

#

and for randoms, rather use a gravwell than Timeline Collapse

#

can't find the thread for that rn, but that's what happens to filler traits once the beta ones come into play

#

kemo

#

looking good. keep an eye on
-> how well your mines are doing (possibly unseat the dispersal pattern)
-> your effective debuff levels (as seen in your parses, possibly need to re-seat beta)
-> your cooldowns (Boimler plus Ruin works on many maps but not all, might need to throw on PO1 or Chronocapacitor)
-> your shared mine cd (may need to include the Ordnance console if your mines turn out to recharge faster than they fire)

#

and keep an eye on your torp recharges, with Ceaseless you can likely afford to drop one of the torp cd doffs in favor of a mine cd or critD one

#

that distinction is relatively clear, as you mechanically can't have more than three projectile wpn officers active

HY3 may be a good alternative to the mine pattern. but your main source of HY is CF3

#

i mean theoretically you could also go full tac with much fewer uncon (cutting down the temp stuff to only Heisenberg, to add both Beta1 and HY3 to the build). not sure whether that's worth it (probably boils down to how often you have good opportunity to use your consoles )

#

yeah, Theta kinda needs much more tac seating to work well

#

neither does

#

definitely. especially considering you also have damages like the REA dot and Isolytic Tears that just ignore shields

#

SMF unfortunately has super low uptime (10 of 45 sec). translating 100 skill to 5% shield pen, you're fluctuating between 37.5% and 87.5% penetration

#

may be worth a shot. 25% from UD+TG, 10% from rep traits, like 14% from consoles... might actually be possible that you're overcritting when counting all crit sources

#

tho i feel like i'm missing some sources of crit chance in my calculations. via napkin maths, if i add skills+endevs+base crit to the ones above i only get 70% crit chance. say another +5% from each acc overflow and ap alpha, but that's still only 80%.
how high is the crit chance on your weapons in your parse?

#

for the torps i would rund spread instead of high yield but if the build works for you then keep it that way

wich is why i said i would run and not he must run
