#Game crash - Suspected cause: Headset (Bluetooth)
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
What kind of Bluetooth headset? What kind of adapter (on-board, dongle)? Are you able to check the chipset (or provide me with the models of your motherboard/notebook/dongle)? In the sound devices properties (Win+R, type mmsys.cpl, OK) the default sound devices are marked (in their properties, advanced tab) with "enable exclusive audio access"?
Since this seems to be a really specific situation, the more details the better o.o
Also, is it Windows, macOS or Linux?
What version of them?
Thanks for reporting ^^ And lets hopefully find the root of this
the headphone in question:SONY WH-1000XM3
Operating System: Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon
also had the option to click on info of my headphones. Hope this helps
also, current profile specifies:
I don't remember enabling exclusive audio access. This could be automatically configured by Mint/Debian systems but I'm not sure
I tried recreating the issue by disconnecting my headphone. As expected, the game crashed
however, when I tried connecting and disconnecting my headphones again while the application was running, nothing happened. Same goes for controller
is there a way to view the logs of the game? It might make it easier to troubleshoot
You can probably check the Sytems Reports app on Mint, it should have some info, the game doesn't need to handle these events, so there's no internal log related to them :/ (tho if you run the game via a console, opening a terminal and running 100orange.sh, you may see some output from whatever audio driver its using maybe)
