Essentially this is a long term goal. If each ship/boat had their own unique engine sounds the game would be pretty much perfect. I think the sounds are quite generic but functional for now so at least there something there. I'm not expecting an overnight miracle but I remember from JAWS movie the old fishing trawler you have here sounds badass.

I know the conquest has a dry exhaust, as well as the other tier 2- and 3 boats
but the tier 1 boats are all wet exhaust I think

some of the boats have a sound like it but when you put the power on full it sounds like what would usually only be idle in real life. Need them to be a bit louder. I will send a couple videos that has some good sounds in them.
