#Change Wave Settings after creating game

I am absolutely in favor of this. Players should have as much freedom as possible to play the game the way they want. This also includes being able to revise or change decisions once they have made them.
Pleaseeee 🫡
Eventually 🤷♂️
I would be opposed because you can just erase difficulty at the drop of a hat. Playing MP while competing with others could see this create a lot of unneccessary drama too.
SaS doesn't look to me like competitive game. Fighting too big waves is not how it works IRL. Ships will seek shelter when weather is too rough. Sailing in extreme weather conditions in most cases is not sign of skill. It sign of bad planning and bad management.
That depends on what you call big waves. And planning around weather, which includes waves, is important. It gives you choice. Either brave the waves, or play it safe. Captains and owners face that choice every day.
I've been out in some gnarly shit, because its my job. Sometimes you're out there in 12 ft plus seas, with 35 knot winds, working on moving things with a crane.
(Thoee are the companies maximums for doing ops where i work)
For me, big waves means that waves are big relatively to the size of the ship. Bigger ships can withstand bigger waves. So far in SaS we have mostly small boats. Once SaS will offer bigger ships, I would like to increase the maximum size of waves, but for now I would prefer something more comfortable for the Roster.
Thats fair for sure
