yea true but it doesnt look like snow it looks like a texture issue

That is a buildup of salt from the seawater i believe, You need to wash the boat with the pressure washer where u will find a bug with certain graphic's settings

that's normal your graphics settings are probably just too low to notice the very minimal texture the texture also seems to be lower res when in 3rd person but its very noticable in first person
