hey guys on multiplayer i always have this FPS issue where my game is stable 60+ fps at one point then just freezes for few secondes

any ideas why? my PC Specs are way above reccomended i have I5 12400F RX 9060XT 16GB and 32gb DDR4 Ram im on 1080p all high settings
