I believe no builds can do that no matter how high their dd and height is, throwing a dunk over someone under the rim requires poster machine takeover i believe, to at least make the dunk attempt POSSIBLE

Its just the dunking is absolute garbage this year, even with silver paint patroller can shrink ur dunk meter into nothing

If there are completely under the rim it’s 0% contest when they get 1-2 feet from it your posterizer badge comes in play
