I'd say so. Especially if you prefer to play games offline, the game is fantastic offline imo, one of the best it's been in a while. Unfortunately, a lot of the problems with the game exist within MyCareer (they don't give you a ton of VC, grinding to 99 without buying VC takes ages, some problems with the servers, game kicking you out sometimes, etc) and MyTeam (similar server problems, hard to get some of the top tier cards without spending money or playing the game like it's your job). But again, I think MyLeague is fantastic if you put on the right sliders

I am shocked that there's no gameplay update though

I think that overall, the gameplay is in a pretty good spot right now, as far as shooting, finishing, etc goes. The biggest problems that exist are

• screens are still too strong/abusable (someone running into your screen could use an adrenaline bar to fix this, at least partially)
• L2 cheese is broken (make it easier to run around players using L2, maybe even give it a 0.05% speed boost or something to help you catch up to the guy, gotta be very careful with this but I think you need to be able to catch the guard)
• Please god, I know it's a PC problem, but fixing the settings resetting (game recognizing keyboard controls and it resets your settings)
• General server/connectivity/stability issues that I hope are fixed, but who knows
• Meter in events should not be allowed imo

You can also make it to where folks can’t use shotmeter in Hall of Fame and Superstar ranked games, change the pause menu to like 1:00-1:30 minutes and punish for real quitters, bring back the VIP ID to see the tendencies of the players, like on ball defense percentage, gambles in passing lanes often, tend to shoot early in shot clock etc!
