One that’s closed? You need to friend the VP or President and hope they invite you.
IMO, it’s better for you to make one or join one with your friends. The rep bonuses even at lower levels are worth it. It doesn’t take all that much to jump from 1 -> 19 for +25% rep if you have a competent group
