I would at least try to get to 78 3pt for Silver Set Shot Specialist. I would also probably make the build a little taller. You could go 85 vertical and 93 driving dunk, and then use +3 cap breakers to get to 96 driving dunk, or if you want to get 99 dunk at some point, then leave it at 90 vert and go 94 driving dunk. If you are below 6'5, you can't standing dunk at all, so lower standing dunk to minimum, if it isn't already. Aim for 74 perimeter defense, just to be able to defend at least a little bit. Could lower the agility to 90 and you'll probably be fine.

If your a small guard you shouldn’t be thinking about standing dunk

Shooing specialization would also help, if you got to 80 3pt, you could use +3 cap breakers (2 from the specialization, 1 from elsewhere) to get to 83 3pt, which would give Bronze Limitless Range and better jumpshots. And then you could use the Max+2 from the Shooting Specialization to get to HoF Set Shot, and the Max+1 to Silver Limitless Range or Silver Deadeye, making you a great shooter from outside while still being a lethal dunker

You should also definitely use one of your Max+1s on getting to Legend Lightning Launch, as it would really help you to blow past people and get to the rim
