25 was good fun and all, but I'm not buying 26. I would bet money there's still no crossplay for PC, the game will still have plenty of problems and demand your attention constantly throughout the year in order to even try to stay competitive due to cap breakers, etc. I'd rather just spend the next year playing all the other games that I haven't been playing because I've been too busy playing this instead.

I did enjoy my time on 25 for what it's worth, despite the many problems the game had with running on PC, and them killing the FIBA method for making VC just to make it harder for NMS players. But I grinded my way to 9 95+ builds NMS, and had a good time doing so. That said, I can still keep playing this game for the next year, and move on to other games as well that I've been neglecting to keep up with this instead

That's crazy, I've got literally hundreds of games in my steam library that I haven't played and have been meaning to play, I'll be okay, trust me. Like I said, I did the same thing when 24 came out. I looked at the game, said "this isn't really that big of an upgrade compared to 23, which I already have", and just didn't buy it. And I don't regret that decision in the slighest, I finished probably a dozen different single player games that year that I'd been meaning to get around to

It's unfortunate that it's the only basketball game out there, but at this point, the next basketball game I buy will be EA's College Basketball when that comes out. In the meantime, if I really have a hankering to play basketball video games, I'll just play offline in MyNBA in the save I've already started
