yeah this sounds right about on line with 2k tutes testing. He implies that you need at least 75 perim or 75 strength to reach the beginning threshold for the cutoff animation. Just curious what happens if you face stronger players (excluding badges like strong handles, immoveable enforcer, on ball menace, etc.)
