I just had my first successful trade in 2k25 MyCareer! Playing for Golden State - Suggested we get Jaime Jaquez Jr from the Heat & it actually went through! We gave up Andrew Wiggins which initially I wasn't happy with but then I realized that we went from an aging 84overall on a 30mil/yr contract through 2029 to a young and improving 80 overall with potential to reach 84 - on a 3mil/yr 1+1 contract which clears 27mil in cap space while getting a younger, better(or as good) player!

Yeah I tried getting Banchero multiple times on different teams but never had any luck. You usually can get old role players fairly easily - like 79-81 overall but tons of badges because they used to be 85+. Best example of that is Steven Adams, & Al Horford back in 2k24 was a prime example aswell - declines in overall- might sign for vet $ on a contender - but also just a winning player with excellent tendencies & a defined role that they play within and never try to do too much
