Honestly I think as long as you have 80 midrange, you get all the big man jumpshots you need (at least, my personal favorite, Dwight Powell Base, Franz Wagner R1 28%, David West R2 72%, max speed). And if you go for the lower midrange/3PT, you can get a longer wingspan

that works, but personally I'd go 80 middy and 75 3, you can still make plenty because you'll have Silver Set Shot Specialist. That lets you get an even longer wingspan, and the 75 3pt ensures you still get the Glass Gunner takeover, which, at max Takeover, gives you an 83 3pt. My friend does this and averages 60% from 3.
If you're good at rhythm shooting 75 is really good enough, I didn't think so at first which is why that first build I made had a 78 3pt, but it's really not needed once you learn rhythm shooting and your jumpshot

I mean, it's a combination of the two. Obviously, the higher 3PT value will shoot better, but being able to have the higher wingspan will help you get boards and blocks easier. I've noticed that I get significantly more of both on builds that have higher wingspans over those with lower wingspans, even when the attribute values are the same. And I think the amount of blocks/rebounds/steals that you will get more of outweighs the slightly worse shooting. Like I said, one of my friends shoots 60% from 3 with his Center who only has a 75 3pt and Silver Set Shot Specialist

Yeah it's your build, you can do whatever you want and whatever you think will work best for you. Personally the jumpshot I use for my Center is an 80, so I would want an 80 midrange on any Center I make, but if you can find a jumpshot that works for you that works with that level of shooting, then go for it
Plus, I've heard (and I can't confirm this but) that if you shoot in the corner/your foot is on the line but your guy steps back for a 3, the game will use your midrange value instead of your 3pt value
Like I said, I can't confirm it yet, but my next build is going to be my 2s Center which will have an 80 midrange and only a 30 3pt, so I'll have to see if I can actually make corner 3s with it
