i think hot zones depend entirely up to you right? like if you went straight cash in a spot for a couple games you'd get that hot zone but if ur constantly missing you wont ever get it. i was shooting 60% from FG and had mostly blues cuz i was efficient around the paint but a lot of the mid areas i was dead cold

yes you start at 60 and can go as high as your max build but you will have to respend vc to upgrade

you do have to start at 60 on the new build, but if you make it a rebirth build, you will have enough MyPoints to get back to 96, or whatever your current highest build is. You will still have to have the VC to upgrade it, but rebirth also lets you have all your badges at Silver (once you get the attributes to the required level) without having to grind badges from Bronze to Silver
