Agility is important on bigs, I'd always get it as high as the builder allows for any big just because, if you get switched onto the perimeter, you need to stand at least a bit of a chance

as a PF, you should probably have at least 83 strength, and bare minimum 75 pass acc on any build. Unless you've got a bunch of friends you're playing with who are gonna let you post up, you won't get enough post touches to have post control that high, and I wouldn't have such a low ball handle on what is effectively a slasher on offense.

If you have an idea of how you wanna play the build that helps a lot. One thing that could helps is looking at the "Pro Tuned Builds" at the position you want to play. Some of them are legimately viable, and they give you extra animations you may not be able to get otherwise
Even if nothing else, they could just give you a template to work off of

There is definitely a problem with the game being poorly optimized, and there are a few bugs, but I wouldn't say it's significantly more than any other brand new game. I would assume over the next few months, a lot of that will be resolved
