Nah so when creating a player the attributes will be there at the start of his career, for example if you give him a 72 driving dunk he will have that in his 1st game in the league. The players potential can be altered though with the player creation menu - I can’t remember the exact section but it will be near the mental attributes area. If you were to put the potential to 99 then that player is likely to become a super star and if you put it to idk let’s say 82 he’s likely to just be an average player for his career. There’s no real tips for creating the player as I don’t know how you want the created player to play - if you want them as a realistic two way player then do that but if you want them as an all rounder then do that it’s up to you bro
