They received similar motion capture technology that are in FIFA and Madden, so that player animations are as realistic as ever as they were directly extracted from real basketball footage.
last GEN also has an outdated my career builder.. it is "new", but it takes plenty of assets and elements from the 2K23 next GEN builder
experience wise, next GEN takes place in a city, and last GEN takes place on an island. gameplay feature wise, there's so much more to do on next GEN than last. It’s a shame, because the PC modern community can easily take 2K to the top, but 2K doesn’t want to invest into the PC community as the majority of their players are on Console
