Become a starter, get at least 120,000 fans (you'll get them in the amount of games it takes to get starter), sim to playoffs (play the all star games if you want), make sure you get finals MVP and you get a max contract which is 1000 vc per game.

As long as you're up by at least 25 at halftime, you can hit pause and hit "ask out and sim to end" and I believe you're guaranteed to win. Use this to get through your playoff games quicker if you want.
