don't leave it on D. You're not meant to play perimeter D, don't even try. The area about a foot outside of the paint on the right and left side are where players can start their dunk animations from.

If you go to make a new build in a new save file you will be taken to a page that has all of the builds that you’ve created and from there, depending on how many you have built, you can select any of them and edit it before starting a new mycareer save file or create a new one from scratch. If you want to change the height on a myplayer that you’re currently using already and have already spent vc upgrading, then you unfortunately cannot do that.
