They're consumed automatically whenever you perform a hard go or explosive sprint.

One way is to do a dribble move and then change direction with RT/R2 (sprint) held down. You should see one of the yellow bars under your feet get used up. It'll reset on the next possession.

It’s easier to adjust for different shot timings without the meter…. Meter and lag then add the million different timings and seems like one would never be consistent

I just like the fact that different playmaking moves paired with the shot creator really gives your player his own style. Some of my builds felt slow until I picked the right moves to compliment my attributes. This is my first 2k since 2k16
