Saint peters to the final four?!?!
Saint peters all the way
Unfortunately not.
Man they got bodied 😭 poor offense finally caught up to them
Pretty much. Hopefully this run provides the school with resources to recruit better in the future
Their head coach is gonna get snatched up by a major program in the next few years. He’s flashed so much in this run.
Anybody know the timeline on ADs return from the sprained Knee?
Should be back by next week. It was reported as out for at least a month with a reevaluation.
Last I heard was first week of April
The Lakers are 5-15 over their last 20 games.
Jayson Tatum has been absurd this entire month. He's playing at such a high level. The Celtics are playing great as a team, elite team defense, and Tatum has embrace his role as a superstar. I hope Tatum and the Celtics continue to play well in the postseason.
The Celtics have gone from a mediocre team that was questionable for even making the playoffs to the current #1 seed. Insanity.
Sources: The New Orleans Pelicans are signing two-way guard Jose Alvarado to a four-year, $6.5 million deal. Tremendous undrafted success story. Alvarado gets $3.4M guaranteed over next two years, including $1.5M for rest of this season on top of $800K he’s made so far.
Holloway?
Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner -- out since mid-January with a left foot stress reaction -- will miss the rest of the season, sources tell ESPN. Turner has made good progress in his recovery, but the Pacers have only seven games left and will miss the playoffs.

The Boston Celtics are signing forward Juwan Morgan of G League's Maine Celtics to a 10-day contract, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.
Boston Celtics center Robert Williams is feared to have suffered a meniscus tear in his left knee, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. It could lead to an indefinite absence, which would be a tough loss for the Celtics as Williams is shining as the starting center this season.
ESPN Sources: Celtics C Robert Williams has suffered a meniscus tear in his left knee and will minimally miss several weeks. Further evaluation today will help provide a timetable. Boston moved into first-place Sunday, and Williams has been immense part of NBA’s best defense.
oh no… Boston’s hot streak is over
ESPN story on Boston Celtics center Robert Williams tearing meniscus in his left knee -- with a timeline for return minimally weeks and maybe longer: https://t.co/UvTBTMSWy1
Cleveland has ruled out forward Dean Wade for the rest of the season with a surgery to repair a meniscus injury in his right knee.
DBG in shambles
All my hope of him going off in one of the last 7 games gone(for a MOTM card)
NBA Players of the Week for Week 23: Suns guard Devin Booker and Celtics forward Jayson Tatum.
The Trail Blazers are signing F Reggie Perry to a 10-day hardship deal, sources tell ESPN. Perry played two games earlier this season for Portland on a 10-day deal.
X-rays were negative on Cleveland Cavaliers center Evan Mobley’s sprained left ankle, sources tell ESPN. Mobley left Monday’s victory over Orlando in second quarter with the sprain.
woah…
Someone get Julius Randle off the Knicks
ooh that’s gonna be interesting

PG 13 back tonight. I wonder what version we will see?
Lakers’ LeBron James (ankle sprain) will miss tonight’s game vs. Mavericks.
Pelicans’ Zion Williamson traveled with the team to Portland on four-game road trip, sources tell me and @WillGuillory. It’s the first multi-game road trip Williamson has traveled on this season. Steps in right direction as he continues to progress but remains out indefinitely.
So about that Lakers and Mavs game…

Yea it’s not looking good
Lakers might as well give up
Welcome back PG!
He's going crazy.
Looks like they're going to win this one.
Knowing how weird Kawhi’s injury history is, I bet he’s sitting there waiting to come back soon. Maybe he just wanted an excuse to sit out the regular season or something.
Kawhi/PG vs. Grizzlies would be fun..
That would be something. I don't think their cohesiveness and chemistry would be there enough to win it all now but they could easily give someone an out in the first round
Lakers are the 11th seed right now with 7 games left. Out of the 7 games left, 5 of those teams have winning records (Jazz, Nuggets, Suns, Warriors, Nuggets). They also play the Pelicans and Thunder.
bye bye Lakers
ESPN Sources: After undergoing surgery for a torn meniscus in his left knee this morning, Boston Celtics C Robert Williams is expected to return within 4-to-6 weeks – a timetable that could land him back in the lineup as soon as the second-round of Eastern Conference playoffs.
ESPN story on Boston Celtics center Robert Williams undergoing left knee surgery -- with the possibility of a return in a month: https://t.co/xGrf1fFsQ5
It's crazy how far Randle's stock has fallen over the last year. He was being talked about as a fringe All Star player. He's a good player but I don't think he is a winning player. Meaning that imo a team where he's your best player or even number two option, its not likely to work in the playoffs.
I hope they move on from him this off-season
thanks for last season, go with God
Cleveland's Evan Mobley will be out the next three games rehabbing his sprained left ankle, Cavs say.

Sources: The Cavaliers plan on converting two-way guard RJ Nembhard to a standard NBA deal and signing center Moses Brown to a two-way contract. Brown had 12 points and nine rebounds tonight vs. Dallas on the final day of second 10-day – and sticks in Cleveland.
The warriors are on such a massive L streak. I bet that locker room is toxic 😭
probably with Draymond getting mad
Definitely, but he's a part of the problem. They should be able to get a couple wins without steph like this is awful.
especially with Klay there. The Warriors aren't gonna be doing too well in the playoffs

Easy way to look at this
Simmons has been fined close to $20M for games ($360K per) missed in Philly.
Because he received a $16.5M advance and he’s on a 6 month pay cycle (11/15 to 4/30), there’s not enough in each paycheck to cover the loss.
Huge.

Knicks Win!
against the Magic, they should
Luka controls so much of the action for the Mavs and now that they are top four in the West I can see him being in the top 3 for MVP. Jokic, Embiid, and then Luka
Idk if anyone was watching South Carolina dominate last night to win the WNCAA chip but they played great.
They played so good. Just too dominant, well deserved. I was really hoping Uconn would pull it off somehow; they are still young though, they’ll be back!
Uconn just couldn't rebound to save their life. I know they had that one big get injured but my god SC had more offensive rebounds than they had total boards. Very suffocating defense. Conn will be back though paige is a bucket.
Yeah, Uconn definitely needs to recruit more bigs lol. I couldn’t believe the difference in rebounds 🤯 SC’s defense was crazy, just locked down their guards completely, love to see it haha. Paige is definitely a bucket still, just not much you can do in that scenario. Destiny Henderson went off and locked up Paige pretty well. I respect it!

The Associated Press has released their 2010s all-decade team:
• Steph Curry
• Kevin Durant
• James Harden
• LeBron James
• Dirk Nowitzki
Who was snubbed?
It feels about right to me if they’re going off the 2 G - 2 F - C format based off of All-NBA teams. There isn’t really any other C to fit in there but Dirk even though he’s primarily a PF. You can argue Dwight but he also had a drop off after the first half in the decade just like Dirk, but Dirk has that legendary finals run to put him in.

how bout those Play-in games today?!?
Im hoping for the nets to win
How about you alex?
I don't really have a team i'm rooting for since the Kings didn't make the playoffs
Im a bucks & GSW fan so im just hoping either of them wins the championship😅Its going to be tough for us
Bulls and Bucks
I wouldn't mind GSW winning either
anyone want it to be suns vs nets?
also everyone on the suns have 0 championships except for javale
so im kinda hoping for the suns to win it all
Wouldnt be mad if the suns won it, they are dominating this season so i would also be happy if they won
I don't want CP3 winning a thing

Don't need a flopper being rewarded

One of the few things
Yeah there’s usually a few more things to add to the list lol
speaking of lists... ❤️
I just don't remember much 😔
Can't see the nets making it unless Ben comes back. They play 0 defense.

Cavaliers All-Star Jarrett Allen will attempt to play in Play-In Tournament game vs. Hawks on Friday -- he has been listed questionable on injury report. Allen has been out since March 6 due to fractured finger.
Cleveland’s All-Star center Jarrett Allen considers himself “50-50” on returning to the lineup vs. Atlanta on Friday in Play-In Tournament, sources tell ESPN. Pain is still significant in his fractured finger, but he remains determined to try and help Cavs secure the 8th seed.
Curry likely for game 1 🤝
yay!
eugh
Not a fan? 😂
quite the opposite
Let's Go Kings!
If Jarrett Allen can return and play near his all-star level standard, that will be huge for the Cavaliers. The Cavs have been falling apart since his injury. I'm a big Trae Young fan, but I'm pulling for the Cavs to make it to the playoffs.
Clippers star Paul George has entered health and safety protocols and will miss tonight's Play-in game vs. New Orleans, sources tell @TimBontemps and me.

Cavaliers All-Star center Jarrett Allen plans to go through pre-game warmups with the intention of playing vs. Atlanta in the Play-In Tournament tonight, but will make a final decision at gametime, sources tell ESPN. He’s been out since early March with a fractured finger.
Dallas Mavericks All-Star Luka Doncic (calf strain) will be out for Game 1 vs. Utah on Saturday and significant concern remains for his availability Monday in Game 2, sources tell ESPN. Mavs will play long game w/ injury and take it day-by-day after playing without him Saturday.
Alot of injuries and stars out to start this post season. Unfortunate
Yikes
Probably gonna hurt his popularity a bit
France’s 6-foot-10 Ousmane Dieng, an 18-year old projected lottery pick, will enter the 2022 NBA Draft, he tells ESPN: https://t.co/IM3I1guH0v
Honestly if we(hornets) get a good center we could be the 8th seed
Let's go! Jarrett Allen is playing.
It seems he’s still feeling a lot of pain so I don’t know if he’ll be playing at that level
Yeah, probably not. Playing with a broken finger is so tough because you need your hands to do everything.
Him coming back will prob give the team a much needed morale boost. The Cavs have fallen apart without him.
Yeah, I think their morale should be a lot better this game than previous games.
let us not if it makes injuries worse pls
He pretty much has to at least try to play. This is pretty much their season on the line. They lose here and they're done.
but if he aggravates the injury, and they win, then that's likely not going to help
ESPN Sources: Cleveland’s All-Star center Jarrett Allen (finger) is a go vs. Atlanta in the Play-In Tournament game (7:30 PM ET, ESPN). Allen completed his pregame routine and will play for the first time since March 6.
He's Playing! Yay!
There’s initial optimism that Atlanta Hawks center Clint Capela hasn’t suffered significant right knee damage, but an MRI on Saturday will determine extent of possible injury, sources tell ESPN.
how did PG get covid?
🤷 it happens when you’re traveling from city to city on a nightly basis
he wasn't doing anything unsafe?
we might see more cases during the playoffs with those two new variants that are more transmissible
Can’t be the judge of that, unless there’s some crazy report that comes out. Sucks for the Clippers but they’re overperforming for a season without Kawhi imo anyway.
that is true, they can only go so far without him
I think so too sadly
ESPN Sources: After running and shooting pain-free for over a week, the Brooklyn Nets’ Ben Simmons is expected to take the next step on the court in the coming week: Beginning to go against teammates on the practice floor.

Jazz should win this.
Playoffs?
Yep, games on now! No luka though
Oh against the Mavs. I would hope so, if Luka is out
Spoke to soon they are losing 😅😭
To be fair though I think there is an apb out on Donovan Mitchell
😐😐😐😐 wow
They got it together now that they finally found D Mitch! Up by 10
Whew good for their sake
For sure, I don't want them to blow up the team. I think that's overrated. Who could they realistically get to replace the talent they have and make them better? They should look into a new coach or adding different role players.
Probably better bench. The Jazz keep falling short too much
Facts! I like Clarkson, Bogi, and Conley but that's about it.
Man I completely forgot Bertans is on the Mavs
Saw him standing next to Whiteside and it confused me for a second
He hasn't been anything to talk about. They gave him that contract for nothing 😅
He averaged 15 that year then dropped off a cliff. Idk still a guy a remember for some reason though
I like Don
Here comes that trademark late 4th collapse from the Jazz 💀
Bro this is crazy af 2 point game?!
Lol well yea I just meant their role players. I don't think they should lose Don or Gobert honestly.
No way they lose this game.
Royce o Neal for the dagger???
Looks like they’ll be able to hold the lead though. Up 4 and getting fouled to stop the clock
They better hope luka doesn't come back on one leg. No way they win this series without that handicap
Game shouldn't be this close.
But a w is a w nonetheless
MRI on Atlanta Hawks center Clint Capela's right knee revealed no structural damage and he's expected to be evaluated again in a week, sources tell ESPN. He will clearly miss significant time in this Hawks-Heat playoff series, if he's even able to return before it's over.
Embarrassing if jazz has their best players
They do. They're only missing Joe Ingles and I mean he's important but not that important.
Smh. Mavs don't even seem to be that good without Luka

Probably will celebrate
right? champagne showers in the locker room after every series. haha
Protesters gotta be careful though, with how the cops are
naw, they have their own lawyers and such. they know not to fight it or anything so they can just pay a fine or something after spending the night in jail
notice how they were passive after getting removed from the court each time. probably a fine, banned from NBA Games and the night in jail is the usual punishment. they those orgs find another person to do it again at another game.
Wait what protesters
the anti t-wolves owner protestors. animal rights groups
Someone tried to glue themselves to the floor the other night, lady tonight chained herself to the base of the hoop
Why? TF

As Doc Rivers alluded, sources tell @ramonashelburne and me that the initial exam suggested ligament damage to Joel Embiid's right thumb, but an MRI is still needed to learn the extent of the injury.
Doc Rivers says “there’s concern” about Joel Embiid’s thumb, but “it is what it is.” He adds, however, “The one thing we know is it can’t get worse.”
Rivers said it’s likely Embiid gets an MRI when he gets back to Philadelphia but he said the team has a good idea what it is.

Nets are listing Ben Simmons as OUT for Game 4 vs. Celtics. A surprise as Simmons had been expected to play Monday as long as rehab was on course.
Hands on experience is good for him though, especially when the Nugs are ahead.

well he did slap Wiggins' hand
Fair 😅
man, Cousins' fake pass, and then pass and screen was beautiful

probably his personality? idk, but Cousins can be fun to watch

I really hope they don't lose that series up 3-0. It's never happened in the history of the game. Even with Joel hurt they should have enough to get 1 more. ugh, I hope the Bulls manage to keep DeMar, LaVine, and Caruso
The only one that has an expiring contract is LaVine, DeMar and Caruso are locked up for the next couple of years.
oh whew, and hopefully no trade request. LaVine re-signing would be great
Ehhh DeMar too old to force a trade. LaVine doesn’t seem like that kind of guy to me either, so they should be set. Question is if Chicago doesn’t try to flip guys in 2 years if this experiment doesn’t work.
Dunno, LaVine could be annoyed as he's been with the team for years without result. If they manage to get a great player that'd be a W
They’ve improved by 10+ wins every year since 2019, plus they’ve at least shown they’re willing to build a team. Just think of all the guys who’ve gotten there since last year’s trade deadline
Only issue I see is that Vooch is on a decline. He’s a big part of that team.
I mean, getting another big man would be a W if he's very good
would be a dream to get Giannis
Yeah in hindsight giving up WCJ could really bite them hard.
Seems it, though is WCJ that good?
15-10 at 22 years old is nothing to scoff at, though on a really bad team.
15-10?
ooh, not too bad I guess, but I dunno tbh. Wonder how the Bulls would ahve done with Ball playing
The defense would’ve certainly been much better.
and as they say, the best defense makes a good offense
It would have been Jrue vs Lonzo
And as of right now I think Jrue is the better player
I think it would still be in 5
6 at most
But a bucks win
No doubt, I think Jrue might be the best 3rd option in the league
Unless I’m missing someone.
He did get teamate of the year
Hes a very good player
Good scorer and great defender
Very underrated and works right into the Bucks system.
Great facilitator too. Allows Middleton and especially Giannis to work off-ball
but ultimately, Bucks vs. Bulls as well
which might not be better?
Im just waiting for the Celtics vs Bucks series to start
Without Middleton the celtics have a solid chance of beating the bucks
But if Grayson Allen keeps playing like he does the Bucks can win
It’s kinda unfair the defensive unit the Celtics have created. They can play team defense on Giannis AND get to stick Marcus Smart on Jrue 😭
how long is Middleton out for ?
At least another week, he gets reevaluated then.
Considering it’s an MCL sprain, I wouldn’t hold my breath to see him early in the series, if at all.
I just remembered the Bucks are in the EC????????? even though I'm watching Bulls play them right now???? tf at my brain
I hope he recovers quickly
at least we can say we've not been swept 💀
Won more games this playoffs than the Nets.
the one silver lining
crying but also I hope Giannis wins again
If we beat the Celtics its over
We've already won
But thats easier said than done
Giannis in the first round:
28.6 PPG
13.4 RPG
6.2 APG
56.8 FG%
in only 33.6 MPG.
idk, the Warriors could be a tough challenge
If that man Jrue can lock CP3 and Devin Booker he can atleast slow down Steph
gotta also deal with Klay
but Klay could turn into vintage Klay again if he finds his shot
If we managed to contain the Suns back court we can definetly slow down the Warriors back court
I pray he doesnt
I hope he does
If he does it could be over
Bucks vs. Warriors, I'm walking away happy no matter who wins as long as the games are great
I got Bucks honestly
Same
Warriors have no answer for Giannis
While Bucks can at the very least slow down Steph and Klay
Giannis will have to deal with Draymond though 💀
Giannis can tear Draymond up
Doubt that
Its still Giannis
basketball wise, I agree with you
He has also developed his three ball
personality-wise, I disagree
yesss, that's part of what made me love Giannis even more and made me buy his jersey
Giannis can and will dominate Draymond
Hes looking stronger than ever
Hes even more dominant on the paint
Developed his defense even more
And now has a 3 ball
So you cant just leave him open
just gotta watch out for Draymond going hard in paint though
Giannis has a supporting cast
I'm talking personality-wise though, Draymond will play hard and be a jerk
If Draymond becomes an issue and the bucks are healthy they can have his back
Giannis doesnt care
Giannis will play hard no matter what
He might though, but I think Pat Bev is far more annoying
He dropped a 50 piece to close down game 6 last year
Draymond will get posterized by Giannis and keep his mouth shut
100% agree
Kawhi is the only guy in the league who can defend a force of nature like Giannis all alone
dude was challenging Durant Warriors to much
I think Mobley could eventually do it. He’s the only guy with the speed and length to match up. But it’s all about the help defense in the modern NBA
perhaps, but does he have the mentality?
Think Steph, Klay, and Poole are a little better than cp3 and book
Golden state was looking flat until those 2 back to back steph 3s
Steph has been off as hell this game.
Needs to go back to being the 6th man
A straight up god
Someone did the same thing with Grayson Allen and the Bulls
wait fr???

Bro WHAT
Ggs philly
whoa that's serious
Sad for Embiid, but lolol at Sixers
Noooo we're done 😞
I felt like we fought hard though. Super happy with the progress the Wolves have made and I see good things in our future
whoo, congrats to the Grizz
Feel like the T-wolves have a lot of questions to ask about KAT and D-Russ going forward. Needs another year to play out, but Ant is only one that stepped up consistently this series.
Especially since the Grizz showed they are a very beatable team.
I'm not worried about KAT. He honestly played fine in my estimation. Not to a superstar level, but at the end of the day it's a random six game stretch. I don't expect him to be dropping 30 for an entire series. D'Lo on the other hand, I agree. He wasn't great, especially tonight
Honestly I don't think the closeness of that series was "man the Grizzlies aren't that great" and was more of "dang, this Wolves team is pretty decently set up." I'm very optimistic heading into next year
Ja didn't have the greatest series either. It happens and it's nothing to get worked up over imo. I've just always felt like D'Lo has never quite fit this roster, which is okay. He's still a good player, we just might need a guy like Jordan McLaughlin to start stepping up more so we can maybe move on. McLaughlin was fantastic tonight
I'm not inclined to question KAT at all though. Like I said, I'm not going to worry about a six game sample size. When you're top ten in PER over a full 82, I can't question the work you're putting in. To call him a question mark based on this small a sample when the larger body of work tells a different story is a little too reactionary for my liking. I'd rather stay the course with him and continue to surround him with guys who are a little better fit
I'm a big baseball fan, so what Billy Beane said in Moneyball has always really resonated with me. You can build a team that will win and win consistently over 162 games. That's completely doable and was, for them, almost a guarantee. But he said, you cannot possibly build a team that will win any given five or seven game series in the playoffs. The sample size is simply too volatile, too inconsistent to guarantee. You can give yourself a good chance to win the majority of those games, but ultimately, you cannot account for the variance of October. Here in the NBA, it's 82 games and May, but I believe the thought process still rings true
Only reason I question it is cause this series as a whole from both teams was just extremely sloppy. It was ugly basketball from two young teams, but KAT isn’t THAT young anymore. He’s gonna be 27 next season. He shouldn’t be making the same mistakes consistently as everyone else, even at a worse way sometimes.
To be fair, even at 27 it's... What? His second playoff series? And his first as the de facto leader of the team? All told, I'm not too concerned. The parts around him are all even more inexperienced, so I felt like it was understandable
Or did we win a series with Butler? I don't even remember those years (er... well... year and a half) were a blur lol
Nah that season y’all ran into MVP Harden in the first round. Stood no chance, poor souls.
MVP harden?

The NBA is suspending Memphis’ Dillon Brooks for Game 3 vs. Golden State on Saturday, sources tell ESPN.
Yikes if raptors
Ay who knows how to jump high off 2 feet?
76ers are listing All-Star Joel Embiid as out for Game 3 vs. Heat on Friday.
The Sixers are currently listing Joel Embiid as out for Game 3, but there’s still progress that could be made to change his availability vs. Heat on Friday.

76ers All-NBA star Joel Embiid has cleared concussion protocols. Dealing with orbital fracture and a torn ligament in thumb, Embiid is doing everything possible to be available to play in Game 3 tonight vs. Miami.
Masked Embiid game? 👀
Don’t think he should come back.
Not a heat fan.
But I don’t want him getting injured
There’s optimism Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid will return tonight in Game 3 vs. Heat, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. He has been fitted for a mask and will need to feel comfortable before green light. One of the NBA's great play-through-pain efforts recently.
Sixers star Joel Embiid will return for Game 3 vs. Miami tonight, sources tell ESPN. Doc Rivers said he could be limited in minutes, because of minimal conditioning in the past week.

Who is the true prize of the 2023 NBA Draft? Victor Wembanyama. We often overuse the term "generational prospect." This is not one of those times. https://t.co/Cf5xYRYecK
Dude got a crazy wingspan while also being 7’3. He might be what people thought Bol Bol was going to be.
I think he has potential to be better than Mobley.
When he came.
Cause Victor has a offense game while playing high level defense.
Is he able to guard the perimeter well or is he just a paint protector? Cause Mobley does both fairly well.
He’s barely passable on the perim game. But he protects the paint very well because he’s a good rim protector. They play really physical over there as well. So there’s nothing to worry about him as a big man being injury prone.
His offense is just magical
Like.
He reminds me
Of knicks porzingus.
Could be good if he stays healthy. That’s always been Porzingis’ issue, even now. He’s a good player when he can get on the court.
who is a mobile player here?
Wembanyama honestly looks a bit like KD. He even got that little kick out motion when he shoots a standstill.
Going based off that 2 min highlight reel
He resembles like a pre acl tear knicks porzingus. Like
He has more refined movement for his height as well.
I think he can be genuinely one of the best prospects we see since like luka.
Giannis getting a hella friendly whistle tonight
Al Horford turning back the clock
lololol at the Celtics
The warriors are scoring so efficiently right now.
Ja looks to be injured. That's unfortunate
60-50-90 percentages in a playoff game is insane!
😦
Grizzlies‘ Ja Morant (right knee) is likely to miss Game 4 vs. Warriors, coach Taylor Jenkins says.
rip Grizzlies
Not being a hater, but didn’t they have a better record without him this season?
Grizzlies were a good unit in general this year. Small sample sizes without their star player don’t say much.
against the Warriors?
I’m just saying they’re used to it this season and can still be competitive without him.
perhaps, but they weren't doing too well with him either
I think without Ja or with Ja the results would probably be the same
Not saying that Ja isn’t a difference maker, but the Warriors are just playing at that next level due to playoff experience.
I’m just saying, if the Grizzlies win Game 4, @true hull has to put out a season 6 best cards at each position list. (Because I’m lost right now on which cards to use)
❤️
yeah, Dray, Klay, and Steph have been to the finals tons of times, and Steph has made clutches, I can't see the Grizzlies even with Ja winning the series
The Sacramento Kings have agreed with Golden State assistant Mike Brown on a four-year contract to become the franchise’s next coach, sources tell ESPN.
ESPN story on the Sacramento Kings hiring Golden State Warriors assistant Mike Brown on a four-year contract to become coach https://t.co/u0nKVZ4Id1
I hope so
Im not really a kings fan
But I like the team
I hope they do well
can't see that happening unless other teams lose majority of their players
Happy to see the Mavs and Sixers tie their respective series up.
Gives me time to catch up on the Semi final agendas.

Phoenix Suns head coach Monty Williams has won the 2021-22 NBA Coach of the Year award, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Williams led the franchise to an NBA-best 64-18 record this season.
Nets guard Seth Curry underwent surgery on his left ankle and is expected to make full recovery for training camp next season.
Celtics say Robert Williams will miss Game 4 vs. Bucks due to left knee soreness.
Man Rob Williams can't catch a break.
Bucks ball movement right now is impeccable!
Warriors say coach Steve Kerr tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss Game 4 vs. Grizzlies. Mike Brown will serve as coach.
Warriors only won tonight because of Great Coaching.
Mike Brown bringing that championship mentality to Sacramento!
Inexperience
Giannis learned an important lesson last night: Do not make old man Horford mad.
😹. Yeah. Horford has been doing great this series. Idk whose going to win it all. The Celtics defense is generational. The raptors never held giannis this bad. I hope Tatum can step up a little more, along with brown. I really want the Celtics to win because there defense has been like a top 5 of all time defense.
ESPN Sources: The Portland Trail Blazers are promoting Joe Cronin to general manager with a four-year contract. Cronin, interim GM since December, takes over franchise at a pivotal offseason and has vowed to continue building around Damian Lillard.
??? Traitor to New York!
I just want to see Tatum win. I genuinely love his game as a player.
Can agree with this. In general, I dislike Boston. I would be happy for Tatum though! They’ve developed that team well.
Grizzlies say Ja Morant has bone bruise in his knee and is doubtful for remainder of the playoffs.

Rip the Grizz
They will be fine they play better without
Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame center Bob Lanier, one of the game's great players and statesmen, passed away on Tuesday evening. He was 73 years old.
RIP Bob
They weren't fine 😭
Lol the grizzlies coach thought Ja got a bone bruise from poole.
ESPN Sources: The Los Angeles Lakers have received permission to interview Golden State Warriors assistant Kenny Atkinson for the franchise’s head coaching job. Atkinson has already interviewed for the Charlotte Hornets’ job.
Wow, Brown and Smart fighting over the same rebound just got the Bucks the lead!
Jrue Holiday is the best pg of all time
He just absolutely demolished Smart there in crunch time. Insane.

I support this
Klay is looking like Klay tonight
what the in the WORLD is going on in Memphis…
I just checked the score now cause I thought it would be Warriors in 5 💀
good lord…
Biggest margin of victory in playoff history is 58, they’re about to eclipse that in the 3rd quarter lol
embarrassing
just wanted to bring back this message in honor of tonight's game
I was wrong :C
Kings fans be like, "THIS IS OUR NEW COACH?!?!"
Brutal loss for the Celtics. That's a game you have to close out at home.
As far as the Warriors are concerned, they really haven't played well in several of these games. Their big 3 scorers haven't shot well for a few of these games. It's unfortunate because Bane has been hampered with back issues at times, Adams missed the first few games in COVID protocol, and Morant is obviously out. I think Memphis is the better team overall.
The West champs get the Oscar Robertson trophy, the East champs get the Bob Cousy trophy. The East conference finals MVP gets the Larry Bird trophy, the West conference finals MVP gets the Magic Johnson trophy.

Memphis Grizzies executive vice president Zach Kleiman has been voted as the 2021-22 NBA Executive of the Year.
Bulls All-Star Zach LaVine to undergo scope procedure on left knee in the coming weeks, sources say. Details:
This aged horribly
Eh they're just a good matchup for the warriors. We've been saying it all year they don't have a big. When they get outbounded and turn the ball over and don't make shots you get that ugly performance. This is why even though wiseman is unpolished they needed him.
Warriors don't look as good in general. I know Klay has missed two season, but he has been downright awful this series.
Poole looks like he's come back down to earth a bit. Poole and Curry are great offensive guards, but they don't offer much on defense, and like you said, they don't have a true big man.

Danny Green will get an MRI to discover the extent of left knee injury, source tells ESPN.
Ahead of the MRI for Philadelphia guard Danny Green, there's significant concern on the severity of the left knee injury, sources tell ESPN.
Respect to Maxey for not giving up
lolol Sixers suck
Hoping that this is Doc's last game "leading" them
hoping it gets Harden away from the team
Nah Rivers needs to go but they gotta run it back with this roster.
He gonna fall flat again as usual 💀
I feel bad for Embiid... I think they've gotta ditch Harden
agreed
Hard to trade 47mil
What a disaster lol
Him for Russ straight up. Who says no
Nah don’t do that, the Harden slander gotta stop lmao
Slander? How you seen him play this year? He’s cooked
He underperformed in the playoffs but he ain’t cooked. He’s just not that 36 PPG animal he used to be.
I’ll still take a guy giving me 20+/10/7 on a year by year basis.
For 47 million? Shit, you hiring?
It’s the last year of his contract that he signed in Houston on a super max. He literally can’t get paid that much anymore lol.
He has a player option for next season at 47 mill, if you think he’s opting out of that, I have some land in Iceland to sell you for cheap
Yeah that’s what I meant. I thought you meant the PO for next season.
If he stays in Philly past next season, which I don’t see why he wouldn’t, they aren’t even able to offer him that high of a contract.
I doubt he’ll be in Philly after next season. He’s regressed. Philly is trying to win in the Embiid era, Harden’s days as a legit scorer are over, he’s 32 & has lost his first step.
Russ would look much better with Embiid than with LeBron
“Trying to win” and Russell Westbrook don’t go together.
All Philly needs to do is fire Doc and just run it back and see what happens. Give Harden a full season to work with the team.
You hate Russ
Inefficient volume shooters who are turnover prone is a death sentence in the playoffs. So yeah.
Great regular season player? For sure. Can raise the floor of a team absolutely.
That was Harden in these playoffs. Sometimes basketball is about fit.

This game gave me anxiety

Giannis dropping dimes early
Wanna play my career I'm a 72
Holy crap who saw this coming? Dallas is blowing the suns out right now
Yeah I don’t think anyone really considered that Luka would just drop 60 to win this game lol
The lead has somehow reached 40…
Means they learned their lesson from him getting injured before the playoffs 😭
They got Pat Bev on Get Up this morning and he’s just there to go off on CP3 😭😭

He's actually a very funny personality I love him as an analyst. Hate him as a player though
I enjoy him as a player
He's done to many dirty plays for me. That weren't even basketball plays
oh I don't know about those ,then. I just like his psychological play
im still stuck at 2k21
