I know what it's supposed to be I'm just confused by the names on the list.
I don't think anyone overrates Jalen Williams, except maybe Thunder fans.
Tatum is a player who's made 4 consecutive all NBA first teams, alongside reaching the finals twice in 3 years and winning the championship one of those times. No one is saying he's an MVP, but he's clearly very good.
Amen Thompson I could see, but he is a genuinely crazy good defender and if he ever develops a good 3pt shot, the league should watch out.
Sengun I can see as well, I do think he's good but I'm not sure he deserved the All Star vote over Sabonis this year, at least not yet. But they had to give it to someone since the Rockets were the 2 seed.
Bam had a down year, but he's one of the few people in the league who genuinely guards 1-5 (Tatum is another), and that level of defensive versatility is not something you can just get anywhere.
And Michell is an incredible playoff performer, although I can concede that he needs to actually get to the finals soon or he'll be known as one of those guys who was really good, but never got anywhere with it

I think Curry is easily the second best PG of all time, if we're counting him as a PG (though really, he plays more of a combo guard role, the only reason he's the "PG" is that he's 6'2, Draymond is ultimately the playmaker on the team). While Curry is easily a better shooter/scorer than Magic, Magic's playmaking at the PG position puts him ahead for me, as well as his dominance straight out of the gate into the NBA, with him being the only rookie to ever win Finals MVP. He has more rings and more MVPs than Curry, and while Curry changed the game in his own right, so did Magic, inspiring taller players to be better playmakers.

Yeah that's the biggest thing. I think if Curry has another 2 really solid seasons of trying desperately to carry his team through the playoffs, ultimately, they are the 1/2 of PGs like how Jordan and Bron are the 1/2 of all time. Pick your preference, but both are incredible players who changed the game. Really. I think the best way to do the "GOAT debate" thing is to view it in tiers.

To me, in no particular order in each tier:
Tier 1: Jordan, Lebron, Kareem (Kareem is like, Tier 1.5 to me. Below Jordan and Lebron, comfortably above the others, but moving on)
Tier 2: Tim Duncan, Magic, Bird, Bill Russell, Wilt, Shaq, Kobe
Tier 3: Curry, Oscar Robertson, Hakeem, KD, Moses Malone, Kevin Garnett
Tier 4: Karl Malone, Giannis, Jerry West, Dirk, Dr. J, Elgin Baylor, Dwayne Wade, David Robinson, Nikola Jokic
Tier 5: Charles Barkley, Isiah Thomas, Chris Paul, Scottie Pippen, John Havlicek, Allen Iverson, Bob Petit, Kawhi Leonard, Steve Nash, John Stockton, Rick Barry James Harden, Bob Cousy

Curry by the end of his career will likely be Tier 2 to me, and Giannis could easily be Tier 3. Same with Jokic.

I just love Derrick White. He always makes the right play with the basketball. There are very rarely any times where I see him touch the ball and I think "why did you do that". Plus, he always puts in a lot of effort on both ends. Offensive rebounds, hustling on defense, etc. He knows his role on the team, he knows it's Tatum and Brown's team, but when he needs to take the shot, he'll take the shot, when he needs to make the next pass, he'll make the next pass. He's one of the best role players of all time in my opinion, which is why they had him on the olympic team. He will never complain about not getting enough shots, or not touching the ball enough, he's just out there to help the team win basketball games. It was the same when he was on San Antonio, but he wasn't nearly as good of a shooter. But now that he shoots really well too, it makes it that much better
