Cade had a great season but I don't think he's representative of what the MIP award should be about. For me, the MIP should be a guy who came out of nowhere to be a top player for one reason or another. Zubac and Dyson Daniels last season were afterthoughts, and this season they're incredibly impactful players for their teams. Cade last season was the only one trying to carry that sorry ahh roster to any wins he could get for them. And yeah, he definitely improved, but it was expected that he would improve, since he was a top pick just a few years ago
