How do I get my roster to have badge upgrades/growth each season? Is there something I'm meant to do?

main 2 ive seen while testing is potential and personality badges

also what comes in play is the Bust , Average , and Boom ratings

Ah I haven't seen bust, average and boom - I'll look out for those thanks.

I'm trying to draft highest potential at lowest age and seeing good ratings increases, but negligible to no badge growth (except one outlier that gained 17~ badges over a couple of seasons).

Anyone who plays in nba online league… I play with a friend and We have problems to pass to the next season. When we finish the play off and we want to pass to the off season, the screen and the gane blocks. Anyone knows something about this? Or happen? Thanks

Nah but I know in the past the best way to handle the off season is to set timers and let them go off naturally rather than skipping off season steps or forcing the timers to go off.

I’ve ran across that glitch last year and i believe i triggered it by messing with players (importing and exporting DNAs)

Nah not uninstall. Just gonna have to start a new season. It has something to do with the 2k servers sadly. I believe it’s a programming problem. You did something that triggered it to go haywire. But it’s not your fault.

You could try uninstalling the game but since it’s an online league it relies on the 2k servers rather than your game console.

”Core Players” Explained
Teams are divided into tiers. Each tier can select a different amount of core players. Core players are eligible for enhanced upgrades and potential. Core players are untouchable and will never hit FA. They will keep taking their current salary for the duration of the league.

Hello! i’m currently working on some very immersive and realistic rosters and draft classes for MyNBA in 2k24. i made a reddit post where you can read and comment on it, or you can reply to this message on discord to help out. i’m not sure if i’m alone in this, but missing player models have always been a huge pet peeve of mine. i have been diving into past 2ks and game film to try and make the players ratings and animations as close to IRL as i can, but sometimes the create a player models just look wack and outta place on a court full of face scans imo. i’m hoping to find Look A-Likes with closeish resemblance for most of the players missing in future draft classes. right now i’m working on the lebron era and so on. and i’m currently working on the 2011 and 2012 draft classes, but plan on making and revising every draft class up till 2023, and would like to even go back and do the kobe, mj era etc! if anyone could look into the 2k24 player files or think of some look a-likes from memory, that’d be very helpful! here are the players that i’m hoping to find look a-likes for!:

Posting this in here as I don't seem to have permission to post in the game feedback community... the latest patch appears to have REMOVED the ability to offer rookie scale extensions, which was finally in the game this year.

Prior to this update, in the offseason after the third year of a player's first contract, the "negotiate contract" option would appear in the player menu (ie - Mobley, Barnes, Wagner etc after the first season) but that is no longer there.
