if you wanna grind level 40 quick, go to breakout guantlet, load up the first triple threat game, refresh if it isnt triple threat. Then you wanna have your double XP, and just play the triple threat game and reset the run every time. You get like 1/3 of a level per 3 min game. You can get like 5 or 6 levels per hour. compared to domination giving you like 1.5 - 2.5 per hour.
