This is @stiff pebble's low cap breaker build. I like this one for a high shooting option. One cap on 3pt gets you deep bomber and one cap on middy gets you deadeye on gold.

You could maybe take swb from 80 down to 75 and bump str to 60 if you wanted.

If you have something close, definitely not worth redoing for any slight improvements.

To get more caps, join a lv 30 crew (4 after 1 week). 1 per season by finishing the pass. Grind lifetime challenges, get 1 at 100 completed and another at 200 (200 is hard, 100 not that bad). Grind your build specialization, up to 2 more. Then the rest you get from rep.
