What shot thing should I use like push, release?

I feel it but i like to have fun. I dont enjoy defense on this game bc its not rewarding imo😂 to many times where u get a foul instead of blocks or getting dribbled into/thru and getting a reaching foul for a good reach. I get the lower offensive stats are serviceable but id rather give someone 40 this year than try and maybe get 5 steals😂

Personal preference but ik majority of ppl are using push or release

Push is my favorite but I rhythm shoot so that doesnt matter as much. Id say learn all the timings and pick which one u prefer. Best way to do it.
