No, 5 caps on vert is crazy work. Vert affects multiple things so it only has a small impact on rebounding. You're better off putting your caps in other areas unless you REALLY want pogo at 83.

Several factors affect rebounding and sometimes your teammates will just get the better end.

Solid chart. I tested a bunch of free throw ratings early on in the game, they started becoming consistently makeable for me at 55 with meter off using KD's animation. I recommend 65+ but if you need a couple more points and can learn your animation you can go as low as 55.
