I assume you're on Xbox based on your role. First thing I'd try is hard restarting your console (hold power button until it shuts off).

If that doesn't help, I know 2K support's response would be to reinstall the game. I'd try that next then reach out to support if you still have that problem and preface that you've tried reinstalling already.

That's literally everything you can try on console. Hard resets or reinstalls. If it's some corruption to your save, support will have to help with that. They can try to fix the metadata on the save or pull some save on that build prior to corruption. That's all serverside stuff you can't access.
